Upgraded Phone System Coming September 2nd
At TXDPSCU we are always looking for ways to enhance our member’s experience! On Wednesday, September 2nd, we are excited to launch our new automated phone system. We know your time is valuable, and with our new phone options we can quickly connect you to the best associate to meet your needs.
What to Expect When You Call the Credit Union
The auto attendant will guide you through the new menu options. When you call, please listen closely, as all the options will change. The options will help guide you to the service you need rather than just the department name. Once you select a main category, you will hear additional options.
Going forward, all extension numbers will be different. If you would like to speak to a specific representative, please utilize the Dial by Directory option by Pressing 1.
Our main telephone numbers will not change: (877) 252-9199 and (512) 452-5211 will remain the same.
We do not anticipate any down time during this transition. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work to enhance your experience.
