In-Person Service Hours Change Effective November 20, 2023
As the world continues to evolve with technology enhancements, Texas DPS Credit Union (TXDPSCU) must evolve too. We’ve made it a priority over the past five years to ensure that the solutions we provide our membership are meaningful, with more and more focus on digital solutions to meet our members where they are.
With servicing the entire state of Texas comes the need for various options to provide ease and convenience of doing business with TXDPSCU. As we continue to evaluate the needs of our membership, more and more members are utilizing our electronic services. With that in mind, we’ve decided to update our in-person business hours to better align with demand. As always, we remain dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and a consistent level of service through every touchpoint and interaction we have with you.
Effective November 20, 2023, the lobby and drive-thru hours of operation will be changing to:
Lobby
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: Appointment Only | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Drive-Thru
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
*Please note that our hours will remain the same for our contact center, lending department, and electronic communications.

Utilize Our Online & Mobile Banking Offerings
We’ve worked hard over the years to continue to bring you outstanding service across multiple channels. As an alternative to coming to the credit union, our digital offerings can help you manage your finances at your fingertips:
- Mobile Banking App: Download our Mobile Banking App to manage your money from your phone from anywhere. You can access your accounts, make internal transfers, deposit checks, turn your cards on and off, report your card stolen, set up Bill Pay, etc. See all you can do with our enhanced card management features.
- Online Banking: Offers a free, convenient, and secure way to manage your accounts from your desktop. You can make internal transfers, view balances and transaction history, etc.
- Apply for a Loan: Apply for a loan in minutes through our website.
- Loan Payments: Make your loan payments online.
Coming Soon! Add Shares Capability: Launching soon, members can add additional accounts to their membership online. Instead of calling to add products to your account, you’ll be able to go online, click a button, and do it yourself!
