Texas DPS Credit Union Welcomes Back Sarah Wirth as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer

Texas DPS Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Wirth as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.

Wirth returns to Texas DPS Credit Union after building an accomplished career in strategic marketing and financial services leadership. She brings more than a decade of experience in the financial services industries with expertise in strategic planning, product marketing, brand management, customer retention, employee engagement, partnerships, and organizational growth.  

Throughout her career, she has successfully brought new products to market, developed customer-focused marketing strategies, and built strong cross-functional relationships that drive innovation and business success. 

As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Wirth will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, helping shape the future of the credit union. She will lead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the member experience, driving innovation, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization. Her leadership will also guide the implementation of new technologies and strategic initiatives that make banking simpler, more convenient, and more valuable for members.

Wirth first joined Texas DPS Credit Union as Marketing Director in 2021, where she served for two years before being promoted to Assistant Vice President/Director of Marketing, a role she held from 2023 to 2024. During her tenure, she played an instrumental role in strengthening the credit union’s brand, expanding member engagement initiatives, and supporting strategic growth.
