Member Notice: Upcoming Credit Card Changes
At Texas DPS Credit Union, we strive to continually enhance our product and servicing options. To meet upcoming Mastercard and Visa requirements, we will be replacing all active TXDPSCU Credit Cards with a new card number. If you currently have an active TXDPSCU Credit Card, here is what to expect:
What will change?
Your credit card number will change, although your credit limit, account balance, history and basic information will transfer automatically to the new card. Your new card is not related to fraud so please know your personal information is secure.
Who do I need to notify?
Your credit card will have a new account number so you will need to provide the new card number to any merchant or organization with automatic billing, such as a utility company, subscription service or fitness club.
When should I expect the new card?
Your new credit card should arrive in the mail after June 1st. As soon as you receive it, activate it immediately by calling the number on the card and destroy your current card. Your current card will deactivate June 24, 2021.
