Credit Union Lobby Reopening
We are happy to announce Texas DPS Credit Union will be reopening our lobby on Thursday, April 1.
As we have been doing since the beginning of the pandemic, the credit union remains committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and members. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and CDC and local health department recommendations and have determined we will be able to safely open our credit union lobby while adhering to the recommended safety requirement.
While you were away, we made a few changes! Our fully remodeled credit union with a fresh and modern look includes a newly designed open floor plan, a depository ATM, and enhanced technology to better meet your service needs. We are excited to welcome you back to a new experience! Stay tuned for more information on our Grand Reopening Event later this year.
“Safety First” Requirements
While inside the lobby, please maintain a six-foot social distance. In doing so, this may limit the number of members inside at a time, so you may be asked to sit in your vehicle until it is your turn.
Masks will still be required to be worn while in the building for both employees and members. For security and ID purposes, you may be asked to lower your mask briefly.
Wash/sanitize your hands while conducting business. Hand sanitizing stations and plexiglass shields will be provided in public areas. The staff will continue to practice enhanced sanitization of counters, desktops, machinery, etc.
If you are not feeling well, please refrain from entering the lobby. Options are still available for you to conduct business by using the ATM, drive thru window, or online services.
Not ready to come back in person yet? All our online and convenience services are still available, including Online or Mobile Banking, 24-Hour Teller Line, and our Member Contact Center.
