The Teller Line is available to all members.  You no longer need to have a checking account to use Teller Line.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Please have your ACCOUNT NUMBER and your PIN NUMBER ready before calling.
• Your PIN NUMBER is the last (4) digitsof the PRIMARY MEMBERS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER or is a PRE-SELECTED PIN NUMBER OF YOUR CHOOSING.
• DETERMINE what TRANSACTIONS you wish to do. (get a balance, make payments ect.)
• Dial the TELLER LINE NUMBER (1-800-492-4784) and the system will prompt you accordingly.
• Note that some entries may require you to PRESS # after the requested number.
• PRESS * to CORRECT an entry, RETURN to the prior menu, or to RETURN to main menu.
• After hearing desired information on checking or savings history, PRESS * to return to the PRIOR MENU.
• ENTER DOLLAR AMOUNTS WITHOUT THE DECIMALS, and include cents. (For example, $9000.00 would be entered as 900000#)
• ENTER INTREST RATES as (5) digits. (For example, 8.25% would be entered as 08250#)
• ACCOUNT TYPES SHARES=01 CHECKING=75
• Contact Credit Union to set up CROSS ACCOUNT NUMBERS.
