Texas DPS Credit Union Will Never Request information from our members regarding card or account numbers with the exception of member contact with the credit union for the purpose of conducting normal business.
We Will Never Contact Our Members To Request card numbers or account numbers.
Nor Will We Ever Request personal information from a member for purposes other than for the establishment of identity.

In order to protect your credit card account from potential fraud, Texas DPS Credit Union has partnered with a third party that monitors your account for any suspicious activity. If a charge appears to be potentially fraudulent, a representative of Falcon alert may contact you in order to inform you of the transaction. Falcon representatives will never ask for your account information. This is the only case in which a non credit union employee would have reason to contact you.
