With the beginning of a new year comes change! The Credit Union is no different; we will have many exciting and new changes in 2017!
Starting in 2017, we will have longer Lobby and Drive Thru hours in the evening with the addition of Lobby hours on Saturday. Worrying about making it to the CU on time will be a thing of the past! Our Lobby Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm and our Drive Thru Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
Beginning in February 2017, Online Banking will be completely free for all members. Access your account, anytime, anywhere. Don’t forget to sign up for Free e-Statement and e-Notices!
Getting you to the right person quicker! With a new phone system, there will be less wait time and you will be connected with the correct person quickly. We will be available via phone Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Sat 9:00am-1:00pm.
Starting February 1st, 2017, there will be a $2 fee for any paper statement that is mailed out. Please see the fee schedule for complete details. To avoid the $2 paper statement fee, contact any Member Service Representative or stop by, and they will walk you through enrolling for Online Banking with e-Statements and e-Notices. For instructions to enroll, visit www.txdpscu.org.
Through Online Banking, the credit union offers Bill Pay. To utilize this service, there will be a $2 monthly fee. Bill Pay is a convenient way to quickly pay your bills eliminating the need for checks, stamps and envelopes while giving you the confidence that your payment was received. There are no limits to the number of checks or the amount of the check that you can send through Bill Pay.
To provide a higher level of convenience, we are introducing the use of Electronic Signatures. Many of our forms can now be “signed” electronically from your computer, phone or tablet!
